Fragments of urban bioethics: an essay on power and asymmetry

Abstract

The aim of this essay is to describe the role of bioethics in relation to urban problems. The paper presents a brief history of the concept of bioethics, taking the Potter perspective as its starting point, and proposes a mode of operation through method, production and application, considering ethnography and the peodution of principles and the application of these concepts to the conflicts in focus.
